Giovanni is an associate attorney whose practice focuses primarily on warranty law and insurance defense. He earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was selected as a member for the Center for Constitution Democracy, served as an Associate for the Indiana Journal of Constitutional Design, and competed in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. He spent a year of abroad in France at the prestigious Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas where he was educated, entirely in French, on legal matters of international importance.
Giovanni has experience in litigation, legal research, and comparative law through his background in civil defense, constitutional design, and international legal advocacy. He earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with majors in political science, philosophy, and French.
