Davenport participated as a moderator in an Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel round table discussion that took place at Jenner & Block as an on-going set of discussions involving the ramifications and alternative solutions to the proposed ‘simultaneous expert disclosure’ program being considered and piloted by the Law Division of Cook County.
