Plaintiff Buck Pohlman, former CFO of Pay-Ease, Inc., sued Pay-Ease, Inc. and Dean Scaros for breach of contract and specific performance of his employment contract. After a 3 day bench trial, Honorable Judge William O. Maki ruled in favor of Pay-Ease, Inc. Specifically, Judge Maki found that Buck Pohlman failed to prove that Pay-Ease, Inc. was obligated to pay him his accrued compensation. Judge Maki determined that a capital raise in excess of $500,000, which would trigger the payment obligation, never occurred. Plaintiff’s effort to Pierce the Corporate Veil and for a finding under the Fraudulent Transfer Act were deemed moot.
