Elaine Davenport is a trial attorney with a proven record of efficient and effective results. She concentrates her defense practice in construction litigation on behalf of contractors and subcontractors; 1983 Civil Rights actions on behalf of municipalities and their police officers; premises liability representing defendants ranging from homeowners to national corporate clients; and, personal injury/wrongful death matters. Ms. Davenport has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court.
